The HIOKI LR8532 Wireless Voltage/Temperature Module is a 30-channel measurement module designed to work with the LR8450-01 Wireless Data Logger. This module allows users to measure DC voltage and temperature with high precision and transfer data wirelessly via LAN. The LR8532 is perfect for applications that require extensive monitoring, such as temperature variations in EV components, ambient temperature measurement in labs or storage facilities, and monitoring of voltage fluctuations and heat levels in machinery.
Key features include:
30 input channels for DC voltage and temperature
10 ms update interval (up to 15 channels); 20 ms for more than 15 channels
16-bit A/D resolution for precise measurements
Wireless LAN capability for seamless data transmission to the LR8450-01 Data Logger
Voltage input ranges: 9 ranges from ±10 mV to ±100 V and 4-20 mA signals
Temperature measurement with compatibility for thermocouples (K, J, E, T, N, R, S, B, C)
Spring-cage terminal block for secure, vibration-resistant connections
300 V isolation to earth and between channels for safe operation
Flexible power options: AC adapter or optional battery pack for autonomous operation
Compact design for easy installation in tight spaces
The LR8532 can be combined with the LR8450-01 Data Logger to support up to 210 channels. When combined with additional modules, the system can expand to a total of 330 channels, making it perfect for large-scale data logging.
