The HIOKI BT6065 Precision Battery Tester is a high-accuracy, 2-in-1 instrument designed for precise Open Circuit Voltage (OCV) and AC Internal Resistance (AC-IR) measurements. With a 6.5-digit display for OCV and a 5.5-digit display for AC-IR, the BT6065 is ideal for use in advanced battery production, incoming goods inspection, aging process monitoring, and EOL (End of Life) cell grading.
This model features two voltage ranges (10 V and 100 V) and five AC-IR ranges (from 5 mΩ to 50 Ω) at the industry-standard frequency of 1 kHz, delivering unmatched accuracy with a resolution of 10 μV for OCV and 10 nΩ for AC-IR. The simultaneous ΩV measurement capability reduces measurement time by up to 50%, significantly enhancing efficiency in production environments.
The BT6065 includes advanced functions such as:
Referential Adjustment, which compensates for eddy current effects by using actual batteries as a reference, ensuring more reliable results during battery testing, especially when testing batteries in trays.
Mutual Interference Reduction (MIR), which ensures that two instruments in close proximity can operate simultaneously without interference, improving workflow.

For seamless integration in production systems, the BT6065 supports remote control via LAN, RS-232C, USB-C, and External I/O.
