The HIOKI BT3554-92 Portable Battery Tester is a set consisting of the BT3554-50 instrument, the L2020 Angled Pin Type Lead, and the Z3210 Bluetooth Adapter. With over 30 years of experience, HIOKI brings you a versatile and efficient solution for testing and inspecting lead-acid batteries, including VRLA batteries of all sizes and capacities.
This model supports two voltage ranges (6V and 60V) and four resistance ranges (3 mΩ to 3 Ω), offering compatibility with various battery sizes and types. The ability to measure without disconnecting the battery from the system makes it faster and easier to perform tests, saving valuable time and effort.
With a measurement speed of less than 2 seconds, the tester is ideal for use in tight or difficult-to-reach spaces. Noise reduction technology ensures reliable measurements, even in noisy electrical environments. The built-in comparator function (PASS, WARNING, FAIL) provides immediate results based on predefined thresholds, making it easier to assess the battery condition.
The BT3554-92 also features convenient data management functions, allowing users to store up to 6000 measurement records in internal memory. When paired with the included Z3210 Bluetooth adapter, data can be wirelessly transferred toכ a smartphone or tablet for analysis via the GENNECT Cross app, enabling report generation and profile management.
Additionally, the USB interface allows for easy connection to a PC for data management. The GENNECT One Windows software enables control of the tester, as well as the transfer and processing of measurement values. Measurement data can also be sent directly to Excel when the device is set as a Human Interface Device (HID).
