The HIOKI BT3554-91 Portable Battery Tester is a versatile set consisting of the BT3554-50 instrument, the 9465-10 Straight Pin Type Lead, and the Z3210 Bluetooth Adapter. Building on HIOKI’s expertise in portable battery testing since 1986, this advanced tester is ideal for maintaining and inspecting lead-acid batteries and other battery types.
The BT3554-91 supports two voltage ranges (6V and 60V) and four resistance ranges (3 mΩ to 3 Ω), allowing for compatibility with a variety of battery sizes and capacities. Batteries can be tested without being disconnected from the system, saving time and simplifying the process.
With a measurement speed of less than 2 seconds, this tester is ideal for use in confined or hard-to-reach spaces. HIOKI’s noise reduction technology ensures reliable results even in electrically noisy environments, and the built-in comparator function (PASS, WARNING, FAIL) gives instant feedback based on user-defined thresholds.
The BT3554-91 offers practical data management capabilities, including up to 6000 measurement records stored in internal memory. With the included Z3210 Bluetooth adapter, data can be transferred wirelessly to a smartphone or tablet using the free GENNECT Cross app, enabling real-time analysis, report generation, and efficient pass/fail profile management.
Additionally, the USB interface makes it easy to connect the tester to a PC for data management. The GENNECT One Windows software allows for controlling the device, processing measurement values, and exporting data directly to Excel.
