The HIOKI BT3554-52 Portable Battery Tester is a comprehensive testing solution, combining the BT3554-50 instrument with the L2020 Angled Pin Type Lead. This advanced portable battery tester is designed for fast, reliable testing of lead-acid batteries and other types of batteries in a wide range of applications. The BT3554-52 supports two voltage ranges (6V and 60V) and four resistance ranges (3 mΩ to 3 Ω), ensuring compatibility with different battery sizes and capacities.
With a measurement speed of less than 2 seconds, the BT3554-52 is ideal for quick testing in hard-to-reach locations. The built-in noise reduction technology ensures that the measurements remain accurate, even in environments with electrical interference. The integrated comparator function (PASS, WARNING, FAIL) provides immediate evaluation of battery conditions based on user-defined thresholds.
The BT3554-52 features practical data management functions, including the ability to store up to 6000 measurement records in internal memory. When paired with the optional Z3210 Bluetooth adapter, measurement data can be wirelessly transferred to a smartphone or tablet for analysis using the free GENNECT Cross app. The app provides real-time data analysis, report generation, and pass/fail profile transfers, increasing efficiency for maintenance teams.
The tester also includes a USB interface for easy connection to a PC, allowing for seamless data management. With the GENNECT One Windows software, users can control the device and transfer data directly to Excel.
