This probe features a wide DC to 50 MHz bandwidth, enabling accurate measurement of currents from 10 mA to 30 A, ideal for both small and high-speed currents.
Built to ensure high precision and safety, the 3273-50 automatically disconnects the power supply to the measurement circuit if over-currents cause the clamp’s measurement circuit to overheat, preventing damage. It connects directly to a wide range of oscilloscopes through a standard BNC connector at a high impedance level.
For the best results, especially for precise signal analysis, we recommend using an oscilloscope with a high-resolution ADC system or a recording system like HIOKI’s MR6000.
